Preto (Negroni)

A truly Italian drink with a touch of Dutch Caribbean Rum

Ingredients

  • Papiamento Aruba Style Rum (1 1/2 oz)

  • Campari Bitter (1 1/2 oz)

  • Vermouth Rosso (1 1/2 oz)

Garnish

  • Orange peel (1 unit)

  • Big ice cube (1 unit)

Utensils

  • Jigger

  • Spoon bar

  • Mixed Glass

  • Gripper

  • Stamp

Preparation
SERVING FOR 1
Rock Glass 12 oz

In a rock glass add ice, take the mixing glass, add large ice cubes, add 1 1/2 oz Papiamento Rum, 1 1/2 oz Campari Bitter, 1 1/2 oz Vermouth Rosso, take the bar spoon and mix for 10 seconds. Take the short glass discard the ice, add a large ice cube and serve, garnish with a sealed orange peel.
Seal: The seal should be red hot, then place it on the orange peel for 8 to 10 seconds. (without applying much pressure)
