Pinke Punch

A refreshing drink with a well balanced Dutch Caribbean flavour.

Ingredients

  • Bodegas Papiamento Rum (1 oz)

  • Curazao Orange liqueur (3/4 oz)

  • Passion Fruit juice (2 oz)

  • Pineapple juice (2 oz)

  • Falernum Syrup (3/4 oz)

  • Watermelon finest call (1/2 oz)

  • Deychau’s Bitter (4 drops)

Garnish

  • Rambutan fruit fresh (1 unit)

Utensils

  • Jigger

  • Spoon bar

  • Mixed Glass

  • Gripper

  • Stamp

Preparation
SERVING FOR 1
Champagne glass 10 oz

In a 10 oz glass of champagne add ice, take the mixing glass, add large ice cubes, add 1 oz Papiamento Rum, 3⁄4 oz orange curaçao liqueur, 2 oz of passion fruit juice, 2 oz of pineapple juice , 3⁄4 oz of falernum syrup, 1⁄2 oz finest call of watermelon, 4 drops of bitter Deychau’s, take the bar spoon and mix for 10 seconds, take the glass of champagne discard the ice, add a large ice cube and serve, garnish with a fresh rambutan shell and fresh small flowers.
